httpGet is a GPL application command line application designed to communicate using HTTP and to display the exact output to a terminal.

If you have ever been in doubt as to the output of your HTTP server, or need to check that it is returning the correct set out headers for your latest Web Application, then httpGet is the ideal tool for the job.

Using a simple command line interface you can control almost every aspect of the HTTP communication allowing you to create any form of HTTP request.

httpGet was originally designed to run on Linux, however it has been successfully ported to Windows
